Refund Policy

All purchases made on beguru.ai are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.

Due to the nature of digital products and AI-powered services, access is granted immediately upon purchase. Refunds cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge.

Technical Issues: If the service is completely inaccessible or critical features malfunction, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

Accidental Purchase: Refund requests may be considered if made within 24 hours of purchase and the service has not been significantly used.

Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind after purchase, misunderstanding of features or capabilities, partial usage of the service, dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, or failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You will continue to have access until your current billing period expires. No refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Paddle). Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension or termination.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. We will notify you of the outcome via email.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
