Using GURU

These terms apply when you use GURU's website and sourcing features. Use the service only for lawful business purposes and do not attempt to bypass access, billing, security, attribution, or provider restrictions.

Google Maps-enhanced sourcing

For authenticated searches that use Google Maps, GURU sends the relevant search terms and location to Google Maps Platform and displays returned place information in a visually separate, attributed section. Place information can change and may include attribution for third-party data providers.

Your use of Google Maps content is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and the Google Terms of Service. Do not remove Google or third-party attribution, extract Places content for a separate database, or use it outside the permitted GURU experience.

Credits and refresh confirmation

A live Google Maps sourcing operation can consume GURU credits. GURU shows the resulting charge and updated balance. When saved or historical results need fresh Google Maps content, GURU first shows a request-bound price quote and asks you to confirm. That quote expires after up to 10 minutes; an expired or missing quote cannot call Google Maps or charge the operation.

Availability and source accuracy

GURU may rank, match, or summarize provider data, but does not control the underlying Google Maps or third-party content. Confirm important details with the listed business before making purchasing, travel, safety, or other material decisions.
