By accessing or using the GURU platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users, including individual users and organizations.

GURU provides a modular business operations platform. You may use our services only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to misuse the services, including unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or reverse-engineering.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are described on our pricing page.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the GURU platform. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant GURU a limited license to process and display your data solely for providing our services.

The GURU platform is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GURU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
